March 30, 2009 MATCH FEEThe match fees for the current season are £24 per team per night for 6 a side on Woughton on the green Astroturf and £22 for 5 a side in the Dome MK.. Any club missing a fixture will be fined the match fee and may also have to pay the oppositions match fee (depending on if an alternative fixture can be arranged that evening). See league rules. REGISTRATION FEE The registration fee for 2009 season is FREE. Any club who pulls out of the league while the league is in progress will be fined £24 plus the match fees for the remaining fixtures of the season. If you wish to leave a league a minimun of 28 days notice is required in writting, please email this to : info@stewartseventsgroup.co.uk or in writting to a member of staff on a league night. FINES The fines for the current season 2010 are:- Sin Bin - £1-£5 fine. Yellow Cards - Yellow card £4 fine two in the same game equals a possible 1 Match Ban). Red Card - £8.50- Possible 1 Match Ban Players can not play until there fines are paid off. LEAGUE RULES 1. All teams to be at their pitch 15 minutes before kick off. 2. Any team not at their pitch to kick off on time may result in conceding a 1 goal against them, if they continue to delay the start of the game another goal will be awarded against them.. 3. In the event of both teams being absent neither teams will be awarded points and both will receive a minus of 1 POINT at the end of the season and fined £24 the match fee per team. 4. Teams can start a fixture with 4/5 players any team with less then five the fixture will be awarded to opposition with a 3-0 win, 5. Rearranged fixture over the season are at the organisers discression. 6. In the event of 2 or more teams being equal on points for any position in any of the league tables at the close of the competition, goal difference shall decide, if still level then goals scored or ultimately the match results between the clubs. league points - points awarded - 2 points per win, 1 point per draw. 7. Any club that misses 3 fixtures in any one season will not be invited back the following season. 8. Once a goal is scored the game is to be started from the centre spot. 9. 9a. Yellow card fined £4, Red card £8.50 and will possibly miss one game. 10. 11. 12. Referees should distinguish between accidental and intentional entry into, or exit from the goal area. Only deliberate actions where the player either plays the ball or tries to play the ball should be penalised, accidental entry or exit that has no effect on the field should be ignored. 13. All teams, players play at their own risk. 14, Players cannot play for more than one on the night, any team that breaks this rule will forfiet the game. THIS RULE IS FINAL. 15, SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE FENCED AREA OF THE ASTRO TURF OR THE DOME, THIS INCLUDES THE SPECTATOR AREA. 16, Match balls are provided but each team are still to bring 1 suitable size 5 footballs to each game. 17, PRESENTATION OF AWARDS: Any team who owe any monies will forfeit the awards, this rule is final. RULES OF THE GAME 1. PLAYERS KIT - Each club to provide home and away kit i.e. all the same colour shirts, clubs can wear training bibs as a second change strip. 2. Each fixture will be 28 minutes log, 14 minutes each half, injury time at the referees discretion. some of our leagues have longer match durations. 3. Rolling subs can be made when the ball is in or out of play, the referee must be notified when a substitution is made. Maximum of 8 subs to be used. 4. There is no offside rule. 5. GOALKEEPERS: The keeper is allowed out of his area. 6. The Keeper cannot pick up the ball from a pass back, if the keeper handles or picks the ball up then a penalty will result. 7. When the ball goes out of play down the side line it is to be kicked back in to play. 7A. All kicks are direct, free kicks, penalties, kick ins, centres, goal kicks. 8. A goal may be scored direct from a kick off. 9. A goal kick may be taken from anywhere within the goal area. 10. FOOTWEAR: Only trainers or astro trainers must be worn, no blades, studded or moulded footwear is allowed, any player found to wearing prohibited footwear they will be asked to leave the field of play. 11. DEFENDERS: A defender cannot enter his own goal area, if he does then a penalty will result. This is at the referees descression 12. ATTACKING PLAYERS: An attacking player cannot enter the opposition area, if he does then a free kick will be awarded. 13. The FIFA rules on tackling from behind will enforced, SLIDE TACKLES ARE NOT ALLOWED, THIS RULE WILL BE ADHERED TO. 14. The Wearing of jewellery must be removed or covered up. 15. All players including the Keeper must wear shinpads covered by stockings, any player not wearing shinpads will not be allowed to play. 16. Any player bleeding from an injury must leave the field of play to be treated. 17. Any player suspected to be affected by alcohol before or during the game will not be allowed to play. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. |
